REFUND POLICY
There are NO refunds and all sales are final. We will be more than happy to honor exchanges for unopened bundles. Carefully inspect each bundle to make sure the length, texture, and pattern is correct before unraveling the hair.
SHIPPING POLICY
Dream Chasers Hair, LLC ships orders using the U.S. Postal Service. A signature is required to receive all packages. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing time and allow 14 days on custom items, and 4-7 days for delivery. Shipping confirmation, and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order ships.
